Visited for the Sheffield Fringe to see Concrete fuzz, who are great btw! It’s a small area for the bar and the stage room. It can get packed very quickly but the service was very quick given how busy it was. Staff were very nice. Biggest flaw was that they ran out of loo roll in the women’s toilet at around 20:00 on a Saturday night!

I just wanted to mention how fast the bar service was on Tramlines Saturday. We walked past Green Room, and considering how many people were outside drinking, we were sceptical about how long it would take to get served. However we decided to give it a go. Wow. No matter how many people were at the bar, it never took more that 5 mins to get served! Well done guys.

First time I had been in here the band wasn't my cup of tea but now I know they have live groups on I will definitely keep a look out for other bands and return

My favourite place where to go and listen open mic. We always enjoy time there. And everyone is awesome-from staff to the public.

Fun for a night out. The venue is non-pretentious, no thrills and reasonably priced for drinks. Entry is free and the tunes were consistent indie bangers with some I’ve never heard on a night out anywhere e.g. Shed Seven! The staff were all friendly and there’s seating as well as a dance floor. It is let down by how dirty it feels, which would discourage me from eating there, but there’s no harm in going for a dirty night out!

Welcome to the vibrant atmosphere of the Green Room Bar, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Sheffield City Centre at 150 Devonshire St. This eclectic venue has quickly gained a reputation among locals and visitors alike for its welcoming ambiance and top-notch live performances. Whether you're grabbing a drink during a festival or enjoying an intimate evening of music, the Green Room is the perfect spot to unwind.

I recently ventured here during the bustling Sheffield Fringe to catch a performance by the energetic band Concrete Fuzz. What struck me immediately was the unique layout; although the bar area is cozy and can fill up rapidly, it fosters a sense of community as music lovers gather to enjoy the sounds. Despite the crowd, I was impressed by the swift service—kudos to the staff for their efficiency, even on traditionally busy nights!

Of course, no venue is perfect. Some patrons noted that during peak hours, minor inconveniences like running out of loo roll in the women's restroom can arise. However, such hiccups are easily overlooked in light of the overall experience and vibrant energy that the Green Room exudes.

The feedback from fellow visitors, like Dan P, emphasizes that the bar service remains impressively quick, even amidst large crowds. A mere five minutes wait for a drink is noteworthy! Regulars appreciate the diverse lineup of musical acts, with many, including Dina Snirhe, praising the open mic nights that turn into memorable evenings filled with laughter and good vibes. The inclusive atmosphere truly sets this venue apart and enhances its charm.

The cocktails and drinks are reasonably priced, allowing you to fully enjoy the entertainment without breaking the bank. The music selection is varied, ensuring there’s something for everyone—if one band doesn’t strike your fancy, there’s always another waiting in the wings. As Jody Smith aptly put it, the energy is palpable, and the music is fantastic.

In conclusion, Green Room Bar is not just a place to grab a drink; it’s an experience. From the spirited live performances to the friendly staff and vibrant crowd, it’s a sanctuary for music lovers and social butterflies alike. I wholeheartedly recommend checking it out; you might just find your new favorite local hangout!
